Norway has pledged €90 million to support Ukraine through the European Union’s Ukraine Facility, as part of a broader initiative to help the country implement critical reforms necessary for its EU membership aspirations. The financial support is linked to Ukraine’s progress in completing 23 required reforms by the end of 2026, which are essential for accessing the facility’s upcoming €2.1 billion installment.
