Poland’s President Karol Nawrocki will travel to Helsinki on September 9 for a working meeting with Finnish President Alexander Stubb. The talks will be held at the Presidential Palace and focus on strengthening bilateral cooperation and addressing key regional security concerns.
The agenda includes discussions on Russia’s ongoing war in Ukraine and its impact on European stability, as well as broader defense coordination between Poland and Finland. Both leaders are expected to highlight the importance of NATO cooperation in countering growing regional threats.
Following the meeting, the two presidents will hold a joint press conference. This marks the first encounter between Nawrocki and Stubb since the Polish president assumed office, underscoring Finland’s continued engagement with Eastern European NATO allies amid rising tensions.
